Restaurant were in our stay shopping wad good bar was great the reception girl was very friendly cookies were fantastic

On our first 3 day stay it was ok we stay 4 days total but on our last booking date we were told that we would have to move to another room and it was bad cigar smoke stay in room but the nice representative came and gave us spray for the room to make it better talk to Manger did really want to help he did gave this room no good it smell bad so we except but it wasn't our best last day stay days

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly .

The hotel had a welcoming staff at the reception and easy check-in. The room looked clean however i found hair on multiple towels and the countertop. It was a very loud hotel with poo isolation between the rooms and all the construction equipment at the back of the hotel.

The nightly room rate was nice and the hotel lobby looked clean.

We got to the front desk to check in around 6pm and after carrying all of our stuff in, and waiting 5 to 10 minutes for the front desk clerk to come out to greet us, we were told that they wouldn't give us a room because "unfortunately they don't rent to locals." Apparently you have to live 30 or more miles from the hotel for them to let you stay there and that is not stated anywhere in the lobby or while booking so we were scrambling to find somewhere else to stay within our price range. She said it was because "they've had too much trouble with local people." Luckily we didn't pay ahead of time so we didn't have to worry about being refunded in order to find something else, but still EXTREMELY inconvenient that we drove over there and ended up having to drive another half hour to get to the next hotel.

I called and was able to speak to Alexis at the front desk about an after midnight check-in on a sold-out night, and she was very helpful. The 3rd shift person who I can't remember her name was very friendly and helpful.
