THE ROOM AIR CONDITIONING IS BAD I TRY TO ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE, BUT STILL, THE ROOM VERY HOT. I COULDN'T SLEEP.

"Unpleasant experience due to poor heating/AC system."

Location

The heating/AC at the Holiday Inn was terrible. It kept running even when turned off, so it was like sleeping in a sauna. We couldn't get any rest. We complained and they gave us a fan, but that's not what you expect from a Holiday Inn.
