The location was perfect! The river cruise port is right across the hotel and the Tianjin Eye is just a few meters away. The view from our room was quite stunning! There's also a food street right beside the hotel so we were able to try a lot of the local food. The buffet breakfast had several good choices with both local and western dishes. The staff were really helpful. We forgot a bag in the Didi car and they helped me coordinate with the Didi driver to get it back. Truly appreciate their assistance!

They forgot to refill the body wash soap dispenser and the hand wash soap dispenser. It was late in the evening when we got back so I called housekeeping and they did send one of the staff to bring us some soap in a cup.
