Check in was efficient and quick. Staff was very helpful. It was a spur of the moment booking as my originally booked place did not meet the bar. I think I will return here.

Location.

Carpet is not vacuumed and smells musty. The bed linen is poor quality, dirty, and has hair on it. The breakfast is below average and lacks variety.The reception staff are friendly, but the restaurant staff are only average. The tables and dishes could be cleaner. It feels as if the hotel is being run by amateurs or volunteers.

Die Lage ist top. Schnelle Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Auch zu Fuß ist man fix an der Donau Richtung Parlament. Das Hotel hat alles, was man für einen Kurztrip benötigt!

Die Klimaanlage konnte man nicht ausmachen und wenn man das Fenster über Nacht geöffnet hatte, war die Lüftung stark zu hören. Vielleicht ist es auf der anderen Hausseite nicht so laut. Wir hatten den Blick auf den Innenhof.

Locația foarte bună, personal amabil

Micul dejun - la ora 10 fix începea curățarea aparatelor și a salonului chiar dacă încă serveau masa unii turiști. Cei care ajung după ora 9.30, nu mai găsesc o gamă largă de produse, ci doar ceea ce nu s-a consumat de către turiștii veniți mai devreme

Timpii mari de asteptare la realimentarea la mic dejun cu ce se epuiza si paharele care nu pareau a fi spalate bine.

Spacious and clean room, some 300meters from Metro Station

They asked me for security deposit although it wasn't stated anywhere, had to wait in the loby even over check in hour to get in the room. Some toilet accessories coulhave been better, breakfast shoud offer more options. All in all it wasn't so bad, but four stars hotel should offer more.
