SpringHill Suites by Marriott Salt Lake City Airport

I would like to say GOOD JOB to the breakfast lady. It was mass chaos at 655 and the lady came in and got everyone under control. And then put out a great breakfast!

I didn’t like only having one TV on a swivel. I couldn’t be at a good angle for either the bed or the couch. Yes, you could see it but just not in a natural position.

Moldy bathroom, and a broken toilet handle. Was lied to twice about the manager and being contacted by them. Over it. Submitting photos and the vid of the conditions to reviews.

The room is excellent, clean, and quiet. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle was a life saver.

I had an early flight and needed a place near the airport that had a shuttle. I was very pleased with the staff both over the phone and in person. I called the day before my check-in to make sure I could get on the shuttle list. A real person at the actual hotel answered my call and made my shuttle reservation. When I checked in, everything was done. While this hotel does not have a restaurant, several adjacent hotels do. I walked over and felt very safe. Shuttle to airport was prompt and drops you right off at the departures. Driver was helpful (Jon) and friendly even at 5 am. Room was great.

The suite-like room is very big, with toilet and bathroom separated. The breakfast provided is good. The free airport shuttle bus is provided as requested. The driver is very kind and nice.

Poor breakfast, empty fridge, no re-filling. Powder eggs, no scrambled eggs.

Booking.com did not note in the hotel description there is a $10 charge to park here! Thin walls between rooms. Guests in room next to us woke us up at 0530 with their conversations.

לקחנו חדר במלון בגלל הקרבה לשדה התעופה. לא היתה לנו בעית חנייה במלון, והוא אכן מספר דקות נסיעה משדה התעופה, כך שהיה מאוד נוח. החדר בגדול היה טוב - 2 מיטות זוגיות וספה נפתחת ל-5 אנשים - היה נוח ומרווח. השירותים בחדר נפרד מהמקלחת שזה היה ממש טוב, רק שלא היה חלון או וונטה באף אחד מהם, מה שהיה חיסרון משמעותי. יש קפה ותה בלובי כל הזמן. הוואפל בארוחת הבוקר היה טוב, נראה שגם השאר היה סבבה, אבל מיהרנו ולא לקחנו עוד דברים.

להוסיף וונטה בשירותים ובמקלחת. המקרר בחדר מאוד רועש. המזגן עבד טוב אבל הרוח היא על מי שישן לידו (הוא מתחת לחלון).
