The location and staff were great.

It’s an older property that needs some updating but they seem to be addressing that. The mini fridge didn’t work, the mini-splits were a little sporadic, it could’ve been a little cleaner and breakfast was just mediocre.

"Nice, but breakfast could be better"

The Supervisor is extremely nice, I was here a few months ago and the front desk day clerk was not very personable, but the new Supervisor was very nice and seems to be turning this location around.

The eggs were oily and slimy in texture. Line was very long for the 2 waffle maker.

I liked the ease of checking in. It was clean and easy to navigate from the front desk to the room. The room was clean.

The lay out couch was a bit outdated. It was stained and the mattress was thin. The bed inside the couch was not pre-made. They left sheets and a pillow for us to make the bed ourselves. When greeting the staff we were met with stares. When we went down for breakfast the gentlemen, im assuming in charge of the breakfast, stood behind us watching. He pretended to straighten up the area as we used the mix to make waffles. He made me and my children very uncomfortable.

"The stay was ok for the night we needed it."

Comfortable

No coffee maker in room. Fitness room was tiny and not much equipment. The eggs at breakfast were horrible and inedible for me and my kids.
