We walked in and walked out! It smelled so bad! It was the worst hotel I have been in.

Smelled horrible, run down, felt dirty.

At one time this was a great hotel and I stayed there often. The past couple of years I’ve noticed it’s gone steadily downhill. The last time recently It’s obvious it hasn’t been renovated in a long time. Deteriorating furniture and bathrooms had mold and slow drains and smelled bad. I asked for another room but the rude girl at the front desk said there were none available. It was obvious she was lying. The breakfast was not good , powdered eggs and bitter coffee.To top it off after checking out I found later that they had charged 75.00 on the card for Incidentals and would not remove it from the card. When I called to ask why once again once again was spoken to in a rude tone and was told it was because there was a spot of blood on the sheet. When I asked for photographic evidence of this and to speak to the manager. I was. Told that the manager was out that day and would have them call me back which of course never happened. Reported this to my credit card company and contacted corporate and once again they never responded. That’s the reward for being a faithful Marriott customer. Apparently they are creating incidentals to gouge more money out of people. Never again!! I would have had a better experience at a Super 8 . Buyers beware , there are much better options available in Vintage Park area.
