The front desk clerk on the 1st day we arrived was & still is absolutely amazing, professional, accommodating & exceptional in every aspect of his job. You definitely need more like him. His name is Daniel. Thank you Daniel.

The only thing we did not like is after staying here for approximately a week our room price went from $78 to an astronomical $179. Now that is completely OUTRAGEOUS & UNEXCEPTABLE!! I hope that as a valued customer BEST Western will recognize us & adjust the room price for a welcome back. Because if the price don't change we won't be back!! Thank you

"The worse Best Western we have ever stayed at"

Not much

1. Numerous Homeless people camping out in parking lot. 2. Furniture and carpet has black mold 3. Plumbing fixtures broken. 4. TV screen on one side was blue and yellowing on the other side of screen. 5. Breakfast and coffee was unfit to consume.

Frühstück amerikanisch gut

Das gesamt Hotel sowie die Einrichtung sind deutlich in Jahre gekommen. Manche Zimmer haben einen äußerst seltsamen und scharfen Geruch. Zimmerwechsel kein Problem, war dann auch besser.
