Mountain Lodge at Okemo, A Vail Resorts Property

This was our first time at this resort and I have to say , it was such a wonderful stay . Came here with my family to ski . We were so happy with how clean and organized everything was . We usually go to the poconos to ski so this was very different and so convenient. Staff was very friendly and professional. We rented our skis there which was great . Of course the rental and the private lesson we got for my daughter was pricy , but it was worth it . Everything you need is on sight . We went out to eat near by at a place called homestyle hostel , it was amazing . Also the resort have a restaurant on site which is very good . The lifts close at 4 so things get pretty quite after that . The pool is great for the kids . Overall we would definitely return here .

very nice area. my favorite ski area in the us and northeast. a bit pricey but it is very nice well groomed and well cared for. the food and seating and entertainment is by far acceptable. we are already planning on attending next year same time. thanx. if you like the review give a thumbs up. plz

The lodging at Okemo is aging and shows it.

Stay at the Mountain Lodge at the base of the mountain Accommodations average. Condo clean except for empty plastic bottle under bed Master bedroom had king but mattress uncomfortable, pillows very firm Fireplace smoked at first, adjusted damper few times Parking is ok but had to park in lot farther away than desirable as there was ice. Parking lot dark with a few lights out so a little sketchy coming back to condo at night Otherwise, good location Got condo for $230 w tx. Would not pay more unless sharing There is access to pool and gym but these are located at Gore Mtn so we're not convenient for us Perk is that you can leave car in lot through the next day if needed Did not use tv so can't comment. Wifi was good

Very convenient location. Room had peeling wallpaper and burn marks in the carpet. Fleece blankets were gross.

Just a quick stop over on our travels through Vermont. The staff were outstanding, so welcoming and friendly upon our arrival and checkin. I went for an early morning swim at the pool and the staff there were equally as nice. We were a little disappointed that the ski lift and log ride had closed the previous weekend but that was bad checking on our account. We travelled to Stowe and went on the gondola ride up to the top of the mountain which was great. The chap at checkout was also very friendly and gave us some good tips for our onward travels. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Could not believe this place would allow someone to stay there when there is no staff, no security and terrible accommodations. It was like making you go to their nice hotel (2 miles away) and then ask your guest to go stay in the garage. I have never been treated so poorly by a hotel in my life and I am 60 years old. Then, we got to park in a parking lot that was probably .25 miles form our hotel. We couldn't shut the shades in our bedroom or living room area because of the "air conditioner tube" stuck in the window. The bed was so hard and the pillows were poor.

I have stayed here before and overall it was great. The one issue I had was that the condo was so hot! I know it was unseasonably warm but the AC did not work and the fans can only cool a space that big so well. Also, there was no wi-fi other than an errant signal that carried over from the public spaces.
