I had a very pleasant experience stay at this hotel. The room is huge and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and accomodating! I would definately make a return.

The reception staff could be a bit more helpful and friendlier. We had booked two rooms and requested next to each other with connecting doors but they gave the second room for our son way too far. We requested and reminded but they did not help.

Check in time was 2:00pm, we arrived at 3:30pm but we had to wait another 1/2 hr before our keys to the rooms were ready (we bookes two rooms). One room was ready before the other one, since i travelled with my parents i gave them the one that was ready first. It took them another 10-15 minutes to give me my key to my room. When i entered the room, immediately i smelled cigarette smoke, and the carpet was not cleaned properly still few crumbs and dirt in random corners. The bed side table still had a trace of a wet cup and there was no minibar in the fridge. I had been travelling for more than 3 days at this stage and had little sleep, so i was expecting to have a smooth check-in and rest in a room that had been cleaned thoroughly without smelling like ashtray! I would have complained and make them clean the room but i was too tired and just wanted some rest. I appreciate that maybe, it was a smoking room, but they really should clean them properly and at least mask the smell. The staff was nice though, the breakfast buffet was delicious and have many variety. The pool was decent and they have complementary drink (fruit juice) in the lobby while waiting for check in. Overall my experience is average.
