Our Madeline stay for four nights was superb! I rank The Madeline at or above other luxury hotels like Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons. The service level was absolutely top notch. I can’t recommend this resort enough.

Truly ski in/ski out w plenty of dining options around.. the gondola to telluride is a couple of minutes walk and we used it every night… great property w great location… pool, hot tubs, steam room were all very nice

All the staff seemed incredibly happy & helpful.

The Hotel staff was amazing. However, the staff at their Bar and Restaurant were not very accommodating and hospitable. It was very difficult getting drinks and the service was not very good at the bar or restaurant. The hotel was beautiful and out view was amazing. The location couldn’t be better.

Nice resort, but a little overwhelmed/ understaffed. A few minor issues, like infrequent hot water in the shower and the room would get randomly hot during some parts of the night unless you kept the thermostat on “cool” (but if you kept it on “cool” instead of “heat” all night, eventually the room would get too cold, as it is 10-20 degrees outside). One of two elevators were down, leading to lines. Restaurants were OK, not as good as some other options in telluride. It was a beautiful property, clean, and very convenient location for skiing. For the price, we would have preferred fewer issues, but it is definitely a nice hotel.
