Original hotel, movie themed rooms, or as close as they could get without copyright issues! Fairly good location, need the metro ( about 10 min walk ) to get into the city centre, or bus stop 2 min walk.

Expensive bar, breakfast ok, nothing special, mostly continental offerings...rubbish nespresso machines if you want coffee though!

The cleanliness changing the sheets and the towels every day

The height of the beds were too high and it was too narrow and it was not 100% comfortable it was tilted to one side and the matches should be more comfortable and wider,,,

I really enjoyed my stay at Dormirdcine. The rooms are all themed after old movies, and are very clean. I find the service by the staff to be a bit lacking - I sort of felt like my presence was an inconvenience to them. Things got thrown away in my room that I didn’t necessarily want tossed - nothing exceptionally important, but it was frustrating. Madrid is a lovely city and I would most definitely stay here again, I do hope something changes about the customer service though.
