Tolani Resort Kui Buri

Highly recommended! Our two-night stay at Tolani Resort Kui Buri was an absolute pleasure. The staff's warmth and friendliness, along with the pristine and tranquil beach, made our experience exceptional. The modern, clean rooms, diverse breakfast buffet, and romantically delicious dinners added to the overall charm. The resort's remote location from Huahin's bustling hotspots was compensated by the serene beach and pool, providing a perfect retreat for relaxation. The staff, who adored our dog, contributed to the welcoming atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend Tolani Kui Buri, especially for pet owners, and look forward to returning annually!

The overall environment is superb! All the staff are very friendly and welcome. Especially the restaurant manager and the waitress ( Ms. A-Ngun).

The view of ocean front room was amazing. We love it so much. The waitress and waiter at night shift are friendly and nice.

- The hot tub in our room was not clean. There are bugs and dust. It feels like no one checks the bathroom before we checked in. - I love the fact that it's a pet friendly hotel, but I noticed the smell pets in the room even they try to freshen up the air. - Some of the receptionists are nice, but it doesn't look like they're happy to service and welcome us. I don't feel service mind vibe from them. - Breakfast; there was a bug in bread. - I did not wake up to get breakfast. My parents asked if they can deliver breakfast to our room. With 200 baht fees. I would love the know the reason.

The room is nice and spacious. The overall ambience is clean and relaxing mood. Breakfast is ok and not that impressive. However the most disappointed experience is upon check out and front desk want to charge me the bed linen cleaning. It is small spot of menstruation which is uncontrollable. This is ridiculous experiences I ever had on my hotels stay. I try to explain them that this is nature of human and as a lady, I could not control it and it is first day of the month. I think the management and especially housekeeping manager need to change the mindset on this issue. Otherwise it is nonsense to treat the guests like this.
