service at restaurant was not good. the staff was not professional, not attentive and not well trained.

The hotel handled the mismatch of our bookings with Expedia and their own confirmation details horribly. Effectively blaming the guests and putting the onus to fix the problem on the guests of their own property. There were so many things they could have done to resolve the issue smoothly and retain us as their customers but they failed miserably to the point where they actually gave misleading information about the room availabilities. Expedia managed to clear up the incidence for us after just one call. Thank you. Unfortunately for this hotel, we’ll never be back.

โรงแรมสงบเหมาะกับการพักผ่อนส่วนตัวแบบส่วนตัวมากๆ ไม่เหมาะกับกับคนที่อยากมาพักเพื่อออกไปทำกิจกรรมข้างนอก เพราะสถานที่ตั้งโรงแรมค่อนข้างไกลเมืองมาก ไม่มีร้านค้าหรืออะไรใดๆ ให้ออกมาข้างนอกเลย ห้องพักดี บุฟเฟ่อาหารเย็นราคาแพงมาก ไม่คุ้มเท่าที่ควร สรุปโดยรวมถ้าอยากมาพัก หนีความวุ่นวายก็แนะนำมากๆ

L'endroit idéal pour éloigner de toute agitation. Recommander pour les amoureux et tout le monde qui veulent sortir de sentier battus. Les personnel sont sympas.

ไกลไม่มีร้านอาหาร อาหารที่พักแพง ในแพคเก็ตไม่มีอาหารเช้า แต่ไปทานอาหารเช้าเป็นบุฟเฟต์ แพงมาก ของกินน้อย อาหารหลักสั่งได้แค่คนละ 1 อย่าง ทาน 2 คน หมดไป 1,200 รู้สึกไม่คุ้มค่า หมอนหนุน แบนเกินไป ที่นอนแข็งนอนไม่สบาย ขยะมีแค่ในห้องน้ำ พรมเช็ดเท้าในห้องน้ำ มีแค่ 1 ผืน ในส่วนของโซนอาบน้ำ โซนล้างหน้ากับส่วนโถส้วม ไม่มี รู้สึกผิดหวัง Wifi ช้ามาก(เลยไม่ใช้) สัญญาณเน็ต,โทรศัพท์ไม่ค่อยมี

ทางเข้าที่พัก ป้ายบอกทางไม่ชัดเจน ที่พักอยู่ลึก แถวที่พักหาของทานไม่มี เมนูอาหารทางที่พักก็มีให้เลือกน้อย หากไม่ทานบุฟเฟ่ต์ พนักงานต้อนรับยิ้มแย้ม ต้อนรับอย่างดี บรรยากาศที่พักเงียบสงบ เหมาะแก่การพักผ่อน มีชายหาดส่วนตัว
