Well located and friendly staff

It did not feel like a top class hotel given the price, amenities were quite lacking and the valet was not included in the price of the room

We came with two small kids for a short weekend in the city and were looking for a central, clean comfortable place to stay in, and that is exactly what we got! The hotel is whithin a walking distance from majour attractions, has a very nice swiming pool which the kids loved and a very nice gym!

Location- close to restaurants and metro , underground city etc. nice big room, clean and quiet , valet parking was efficient .

You have to ask for a room at least on the 18th floor or above , and city view . Otherwise you are stuck looking at an abandoned building with dirty windows and roof top, and with very limited natural light .

"Great hotel and location"

Loved the clean rooms, beds and very low noise level. Staff was very friednly and great location

The only we did not like is the indoor pool was not heated enough for winter. We booked this hotel over other because of indoor pool which we end up not using because if the non-heated pool. They call it "hot" but it was not.
