quarto velho, vista para uma parede de tijolo, sofa cama muito ruim, lentidão, fila para pegar elevadores, infrastrutura ao redor das piscinas muito simples, ruim, feio, tudo muito caro pelo produto, serviço oferecido.

"I miss the old Westin"

I liked the size of the room, view, comfortable bed and linens.

The furniture, room was very dated. Probably 20 years old. Tired. I used to love staying at the Westin, the robe...this time the robe was "microfiber". Gross, I didn't use it. And it was dirty.

"Don’t bother to use the pool."

Very clean hotel and the beds were so comfy plus good location in downtown connected to the underground. It was convenient when the weather was so freezing and icy on the street .

The hot tub pool was disappointing unfortunately the temperature of the hot tub pool was so low and so cold it was like 25 degrees Celsius it is usually above 38-39 degrees nice and warm we ended up using just a sauna to warm up. We talked to the pool staff and the front desk staff but next day the same issue …never fixed while we were staying for 2 nights . So disappointed.
