Our group has had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn OKC Airport for two consecutive years, and it has consistently exceeded our expectations. We’re already looking forward to returning again in 2027, which speaks volumes about the experience they provide. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff. From the moment you arrive, the management team and front desk personnel create a welcoming, organized, and professional atmosphere that makes coordinating a group stay seamless. A special thank you to Sales Manager Jackie, who is always friendly, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with when it comes to accommodating our group’s needs. Her attention to detail and willingness to help make the planning process smooth and stress-free. A special highlight of our stay each year has been the bar staff—Robin, Stephanie, and Amber. Their friendliness and energy elevate the entire experience. They go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable, remembered, and appreciated. Whether it’s keeping up with a busy crowd, maintaining a positive attitude, or simply taking the time to engage in conversation, they consistently deliver top-notch service with a personal touch. It’s rare to find a team that combines professionalism with such genuine hospitality, but this group does it effortlessly. Their dedication plays a huge role in why we continue to choose this hotel year after year. Highly recommended for both group stays and individual travelers—you won’t be disappointed.

I was a little concerned about staying here because of some negative reviews. However, I was very happy with my stay at the Holiday Inn and won't hesitate to stay here again next time I'm in town. The room was quiet and clean, the staff was nice, and there is a nice trail along the river behind the hotel. It was in a safe area of town, and has an airport shuttle available.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, modern rooms. The breakfast is outstanding. Amanda keeps the service area refreshed, was so friendly and accommodated dietary requests. She was a delight so early in the morning.

Larry H. was my hotel van driver for the past two days and he was absolutely wonderful. He looked sharp every day, had the biggest smile, and was so sweet and kind. His manners were excellent-he opened all the doors and even took my suitcase from me in the hotel lobby to load it into the van. After having a rough day traveling through the air, Larry made it hard not to smile and just forget about the stress. His positive attitude and kindness really made a difference in my day. He truly is the best, and the hotel is lucky to have him!

I stayed here because my flight got cancelled. It's right by a beautiful river, which made for a nice evening walk. The shuttle bus driver Larry was also fantastic, providing helpful info about restaurants in the area etc.

Stephanie at the bar, is genuinely one of the nicest and sweetest people. After one interaction she had my drink memorized while I was there for the next 4 days! How could that not be the best. She is amazing and everyone should absolutely go see her!

I have stayed here twice on business, and the staff is great. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is good. Larry N. is just fantastic! His genuine smile and amazing customer service are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
