Perfect location, luxurious fittings, prompt and knowledgeable staff, our own balcony and a beautiful outlook. We really loved this apartment.

The location & accommodations were fantastic! But the staff was even more incredible. Olga & Miguel went so far above and beyond what we could ever expect of a hotel staff. They got us last minute access to Alhambra for a very reasonable price, and even went and picked up our local bus cards themselves!!!! Even more amazing, Miguel met us at 5:15 IN THE MORNING just to help my 70 year old mother and I get our heavy bags to the taxi. I cannot say enough about how truly wonderful they both are and how they made our time in Granada so wonderful. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts!!

Nothing! My only suggestion is to have a few extra blankets available in the room. But that was easily fixed by asking for them!

Most important- the staff Olga and her partner are the kindest, most incredibly helpful folks. Went ABOVE and BEYOND in service! (If you’re in a pinch on finding Alhambra tickets, don’t get scammed through third-party tour guides, ask Olga instead. They have access to a special ticket package if you’re staying at least 2nights). We received the very best service I have experienced- even more impressive than the Marriott Autograph hotel collection. The cleanliness, decor, finishing touches, complimentary drinks/snacks, etc at this boutique hotel were outstanding. We were upgraded to the penthouse apartment and extended our stay another night because it was so comfortable and special. Amazing location within Granada - just next to excellent restaurants including Andalusian, Thai, Italian and plenty of tapas and Moroccan style tea houses. Hammam close by is a must-do. Can walk uphill through Albaicin charming stone streets to the flamenco caves of Sacramonte. Can also just as easily grab a quick bus or cab anywhere, including Alhambra if you don’t want to walk up/downhill. They had excellent amenities to make Granada home base, including fully stocked kitchenette and washer/dryer. The shower pressure was fantastic.

Todo. La habitación grandisima, tenía un salón muy grande que estaba separada de la habitación, también. El baño amplio y la ducha perfecta, salía agua con bastante presión. Y la ubicación magnífica, muy a la mano de todo, podías ir andando a muchos sitios, pero si no quieres, tienes cerca parada de taxis y autobús. Y lo más importante, el trato inmejorable.

La calle es peatonal, no puedes acceder en coche, pero tampoco es problema porque hay parking cerca.

Nicely renovated and designed traditional Spanish architecture. The place was super clean and well located with amazing balcony view. The host was very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend the place :)

This place is amazing—very new, clean, and beautifully furnished. The owners are incredibly welcoming and generous. We requested early check-in and late check-out, and they not only accommodated us but also upgraded us to a two-bedroom apartment at no extra charge. The location is excellent—very close to the city center, markets, and just a 20-minute walk to the Alhambra Palace. Beautiful city and beautiful people!

The best location you could ask for to explore Granada - right on the most beautiful strip in Granada, accessible to everything you would want to do during a long or short stay here, yet an oasis that is somehow firewalled off from the noise and crowds when you need to get a peaceful break. The apartments are thoughtfully designed, with the craft of an architect building an apartment to live in themselves while retaining the history and essence of the building. I also worked remotely here and the WiFi was superb, which is a huge plus. Most WiFi in the area struggles based on past stays at a few other hotels. If I move to Granada, I would look to live here, because the apartments are precisely that: livable, elegant, and beautiful.

I sat here trying to think of a legitimate complaint, but I could not find one.

Miguel was a life saver we got stuck with our car in the old town and he literally rescued us. remember to sort your parking if you have a hire car. the apartment was fabulous in every way couldn't recommend it highly enough
