Me gustó la comodidad del hotel, la amabilidad del personal y el buen desayuno.

Siempre me ha encantado alojarme en este hotel, pero está vez no me gustó que cobrasen a mi hijo 25 euros al pedirles en mi nombre si podía hacer la entrada a partir de las 12:00 en lugar de las 16:00, que era la hora asignada.

Friendly staff.

The room wasn't great. Toilet was filling up every 20 mins throughout the night so didn't get much sleep, something wrong with the cistern, curtains were hanging on for dear life, street lights shining in all night. Toothpaste seal stuck to the bathroom mirror from previous customer. Some stains on the bedsheets. Room 404. I stayed at the hotel last year and the room we got was lovely. Unfortunately not every room reaches that standard.
