"OUR REPLACEMENT ROOM WAS LOVELY, IT WAS A PLEASANT STAY."

WE WOULD LIKE TO COMPLIMENT THE MANAGER LAURENS. WHEN WE COMPLAINED THAT OUR ROOM WAS EXTREMELY COLD AND THAT THE AIRCON WAS NOT WORKING, HE CAME PERSONALLY TO INSPECT THE ISSUE AND IMMEDIATELY ARRANGED FOR US TO BE MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM. WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH HOW QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY HE HANDLED THE SITUATION.

THE FACT THAT THE RAMBLING VINE RESTAURANT WAS NOT OPEN DUE TO RENOVATIONS. WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT THERE WERE RENOVATIONS TAKING PLACE PRIOR TO US BOOKING IN.

the spa facilities were great.

always have an issue with the plunge pool temperature. if paying the price for the villa which is what we did, then expect to have a plunge pool thats hot. Thats what we're paying for. not for it to be cold that we cant use it, otherwise why book the villa! so was not happy with that.

Staff are amazing.

Rooms are VERY run down. Definitely needs some maintenance. I cut my foot on a protruding nail from the deck area. My bath didn’t even hold water. The plug leaked meaning all the hot water was used up down the drain. Pools really need to be redone.

warm and welcoming staff, and old charm of the place , facilities were great Lovely gestures for our wedding anniversary made it special with cake at dinner and rose petal decor on the bed
