This is an excellent hotel in Hazyview, ideally located for Kruger and the Panorama Route. The staff are friendly and attentive. My room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the outdoor shower which was very private (the room also had an indoor shower). The A/C and WiFi both worked very well. The hotel has a nice pool which was never busy during my stay. Breakfast was good with nice options.

The water took a while to get hot when using the shower/sink. The loungers by the pool don't have any cushioning so are uncomfortable, but this wasn't really an issue for me as the big outdoor beds were always available for me to use.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig (größer als die angegebenen 19 m2), sehr gemütlich und komfortabel ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Sehr angenehm ist, dass es auf dem Gelände gleich 3 Restaurants und einige Geschäfte gibt, so dass man nach einem Tag voller Action nur wenige Schritte gehen muss, um alles zu finden, was man braucht. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, vor allem, wenn man in den Kruger Nationalpark möchte. Das absolute Highlight ist der sehr aufmerksame Service. Das Personal kümmert sich liebevoll um die Gäste und erfüllt jeden Wunsch sehr unkompliziert und kurzfristig. Egal, ob es sich um eine kurzfristige Verlängerung des Aufenthalts handelt, oder um das Bereitstellen der wirklich sehr guten Breakfast Box, wenn man früh zur Safari aufbricht. Auch ansonsten ist das Personal sehr auf das Wohlbefinden der Gäste ausgerichtet.

Perfect for families (to be honest anyone). Close to restaurants, very nice pool area, excellent and helpful staff. Clean and spacious.

When the bath was filled for the kids it had a yellowish look to it so the tap water may not be the best but you got plenty of bottled water each day so wasn’t really an issue for brushing teeth etc. Showering is fine.
