Location and I have stayed here countless amount of times

I had active termites in our room. Captured one in a towel and took it to the front desk They moved our room…did not mark the room out of service and we only received a 23.00 credit

Spacious. Staff was nice.

Bad smell of mildew or mold coming from where the ac unit was. A small cockroach was crawling on the shower wall while I was showering. Carpeting in hallways reeked of smoke and mustiness. All of the sheets even after asking for replacements had major yellowish stains on them like someone had crapped the bed.
