Outstanding luxury hotel in the heart of the city. We stayed in one of the suites which was large and well appointed. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect! Excellent staff service and accommodations.

The evening menu was divine but english translation from french on specials would have been helpful

Location was nice; away from busy streets. The hotel was decorated nicely, creating a cozy atmosphere.

The staff are SUPER. We also loved being in the heart of the old town, just a 5-minute walk to the best part of the Royal Mile and also to the Grassmarket. The hotel old-world on the outside, modern on the inside with comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and restaurant. Our room had really good air conditioning, a very comfortable bed, and a fabulous hot shower and soaking tub. The hotel also includes plenty of common areas for relaxing both inside and outside.

The room was a bit smaller than we had expected, but despite that, there was plenty of storage space for clothes.
