Hotel was good..our stay was comfortable and view from our balcony was just amazing. They really need to step up their food options..had dinner at their ONLY restaurant which took over 1 hr to arrive..super stingy quantity as compared to the price we paid …staff is super friendly though. Their complimentary breakfast is nothing great either ..cereal, bread, readymade muffins, coffee etc..was really hoping fresh omelets at least ..not much food options …so I would rate our overall experience at average because of almost nil to zero food options.

Unfourtunantly I have to give poor review for this hotel. The food quality is not acceptable. The Food price is very expensive but quality is very poor. They use the material which is not fresh and they serve the old vegtable. The reservation was included with breakfast but once you go to resturant they only give you coffee and cereal. Everything else is charged. This is the way to get you to resturant and then they charge you. I would not suggest to eat at the hotel. I booked my stay for two bedroom ocean front at full price by expedia. Once I arrived with my family they gave me not even ocean view. The property manager told me The hotel been busy and do not have the room which was reserved 4 weeks prior . The checking time is after 3:00 PM and we arived at 4:30. I assume since I made reservation with Expedia they gave me worse room. The manager didnt even adjust the rate for the given room. The beach is very narrow and barly enough to place the beach chairs. The water acivity is not exist . There is two old paddle boat which are broken and not working and there is only one two seat kayak that is always been used by others. There is resturant adjacent to property that whole day make crazy sound beat music. It drive every one creazy for whole day. In general I would not suggest to stay here at all. Pay little more and go to Seven hotle or Ritz. This hotle is not customer orinted and just wants to charge you in any way they can without any quality return.
