Cobblestone Inn & Suites - Brillion

Exceptional customer service! Everything was just as I expected it to be at check-in and check-out. The room was clean and comfortable.

Chose this hotel only because of the proximity to a wedding. The bathroom was filthy. Fortunately we always have disinfectant wipes with. The entire vanity was full of dirt. See pictures below.

Rooms are very clean- especially the bathroom! I didn’t have the breakfast, just coffee. Nice variety, even a waffle maker! Quiet. No elevator. Room darkening drapes. Plenty of plugs, usb, etc.

Close to wedding venue.

No hot breakfast items left at 8 am and no one was making any more. Floors throughout the hotel were dirty. No one available at counter if you had questions, you had to call them and then wait for them. Also no elevator to 2nd floor. Very difficult to carry wedding clothes and suitcases up the stairs.

The property was clean and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and helpful. We picked this hotel for convenience because it was close to my daughter’s house. Only 2 miles away. Would stay there again .

Everything went well with check in, rooms are average basic rooms. Bathroom had a moldy mildew not very clean smell to it. The room colors are a bit outdated. All was ok but I feel it needs an overhaul.
