The facility was very nice and the staff was overly nice especially the young lady who checked us in. She was very good with customer service and just overall very nice.

"Not very convenient."

The breakfast was very good.

We had reservations for a handicap room and were put in a regular room on the 2nd floor with no elevator.

"Room clean, avoid hotel because of staff"

It was close to our venue, clean and quiet.

Staff very invasive and pushy. The Staff keyed themselves into our room to clean first day, but we were still in room. Didn’t knock on door. Then on checkout day, we got up 2 hours before checkout to get breakfast , and the room cleaner was waiting outside our door to clean. We told him not to clean yet as we weren’t checking out yet. We came back to room and our keys were already deactivated. Really bad way to end our stay.

"WRONG BILLING AND bAD BREAKFAST i WOULDN'T RECOMEND STAYING THERE"

the room was fine ,no pool or hot tub, hot tub in room ok ,but noisy THE BIGGIEST COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THE CHARGED ME 170. AND MY INVOICE TOTAL SAYS 148. EVEN AT THAT IT WAS OUT RAGEST FOR THE BREAKFAST WAS A -1 STAR iF YOU ARE CONCEREDING THIS HOTEL I SUGGEST YOU GO DOWN THE ROAD FEATHER TO SOME WHERE ELSE
