Ambassador Hotel Thessaloniki

Fantastic hot breakfast including fresh hot croissants! They got it ready early for us to make our flight. Parking on-site. Very clean. Helpful staff who printed travel docs for us very willingly. Our only issue was operating the A/C. We should have asked how to operate it. It kept shutting off every hour.

This was our second 2 night stay at this hotel. We are really impressed with the amazingly helpful staff, beautiful pool and comfy beds.

Everything was perfect, owners are friendly and helpful, and we especially liked the pool area which is very nice and relaxing. We are definitely going to visit this hotel again.

Great family run hotel which offers fantastic service, food in the restaurant was amazing and well priced. Rooms are a bit dated and could do with a little clean up, but well worth the money.

It’s down town which is good and bad..,simple accommodations, pleasant staff, not much to do. Rooms small but comfortable...

The pool was fantastic, very very clean and well looked after (floor hoovered daily!) and heated, so initial chill when you get in!! The accommodation (bungalow) very pleasing for family of 4. Could separate the 2 sets of sleeping quarters. AC, fridge and use of a communal balcony. The pool area can be used for private functions, eg .parties, wedding receptions! However these were interesting to watch and didn't detract from our holiday! The breakfast was very acceptable, much choice. The owner and staff were very friendly. We were often the only ones in the pool at 10am when it opened. At 11am day guests can come in and use the pool. No issue with sunbed use, it was never too crowded (though we visited end of Aug). Lovely hotel food, especially for children, ie. they had the right blend of greek food and more universal foods. A lovely stay at a great hotel.

I like the location close to the airport but away from noisy traffic. The view of the city and airport in the distance from our room was spectacular. The breakfast buffet had everything one could ask for. The room was quiet and the beds comfortable. We especially liked the pool and pool cafe staff. They provided excellent service and the food was great. We didn’t want to leave the hotel to eat elsewhere! Next time we go to Thessaloniki, we plan to stay there longer.

The pool was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Late check in (2am) to accommodate our late flight arrival was perfect. Plenty of parking. Late check out (noon). Breakfast decent.
