Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast

A perfect hotel close to the international airport and overlooking Nairobi National Park. All the staff were incredibly friendly. The room was wonderful, spacious, and clean, with a bathtub, which was helpful for disabled guests or children. The hotel offers a variety of lovely amenities, including restaurants, a café, a swimming pool, and a health club with a sauna and steam room. Also, there are a travel and tours agency and a bank branch on the ground floor. The stay was very comfortable and pleasant, and if I return to Nairobi, I would definitely stay at the same hotel.

Regarding the park view, you won't see anything because the highway separates the hotel from the park, and the constant traffic and noise from cars and trucks further obstructs the view. The restaurant, especially the breakfast, was okay, but the menu and selection of cheeses and salads could be improved. The swimming pool was very cold, despite being indoors. The sauna and steam room in the health club need a deep cleaning.

The only night I spent there, I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich around 11:00 pm. It came at 01.25 am at my door. I was already sleeping. I didn't open the door and told the waiter to return it.
