Location, and customer service.

The room did not have a microwave. Also the TV in the room looked. pretty old and hard to navigate.

"Great location, secure and has all you need in one place."

Aesthetically nice but a bit old with some of the facilities, though everything works. Close to the airport. Has a restaurant where we had dinner. Good security in the hotel so we were relaxed. Entertainment for the children ie cinema, ice skating etc, though we didn’t have any kids. Service and staff were good too.

Just some old features like the bath in the bathroom but that’s a personal choice, and might need more options in the restaurant but again that’s a personal choice.

The Panari is a hidden gem hidden away from Nairobi noise and the staff make it for an even better stay and value for money. Nothing was too much to ask, the cocktail main man kept us entertained and everyone including the front office was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable
