The place is old and rundown. The top bed spread was dirty and stained. Huge termite holes on bathroom wood frame also shower door was inoperable; did not close completely and water leaked out a lot.

I can't say anything stood out to share that I liked. The room was dull, uncomfortable and hasn't been refreshed in many years. The hotel is kind of like a motel in other countries, all rooms.basically in the parking lot, so much vehicle noise at night and early morning when people are leaving to go to work. Room smelt bad, water in shower was tepid at best... honestly, in Morelia you can find better hotels for 300-500 pesos...this one costs 1000 largely for its location being in Vista Bella.

Noisy, was woken up by neighbours and cars several times before 8 am...

The location, staff and clean/organized

The rooms we stayed at were very old, degraded and run down. In room #214 there was black mold in bathroom ceiling. Shower door does not close so water leaks outside causing floor to get too wet. Linens also very old and dingy. AC unit was inoperable too.

No wifi in rooms. Cable TV stopped working on second day. Shower head is 5 feet high, I am 6'4. Bed very old and uncomfortable. The hotel needs a serious upgrade. Was told the manager would not pay for upgrades to WIFI.
