Room was clean and got cleaned everyday. Big TV and that's it

Breakfast was same everyday and waiters harass you if you are continuing eating after 9:30. They sell razor and toothbrush where its free on other hotels even cheaper ones give it for free. There's no SPA even tho bookings page says there is one. They said they closed it due to covid which makes no sense in 2024. The sink in bathroom is horribly placed. When you use the sink your feet get wet and whole floor slippery. Overall there are cheaper yet better hotels. Don't get fooled by the name of Ramada. This hotel isn't worth the price they ask.

いつでも安心して泊まれるホテルです。最近、尚武地区のラマダプラザホテル周辺は、昔ながらの食堂や屋台が減ってきて寂しい反面、カフェや新たな食堂が増え活気が出て来ていると感じます。

접근성이 좋았으며, 호텔 시설과 관리가 좋았음

깔끔하고 편안해요 조식도 훌륭하고 돈값합니다~

개실 상태는 대체로 깨끗하고 무난했으나 바닥의 카페트가 오래되어 비가 오는 날이어서 냄새가 많이 났습니다. 그리고 아침 조식이 종류는 많이 있으나 전반적으로 정말 별로였습니다. 눅눅해서인지 에어컨을 세게 틀었는데 음식도 같이 식어서 따뜻해야 할 음식이 식었고, 일부 음식은 맛도 별도였습니다.

Very nice room overall. Clean and modern. Excellent breakfast buffet with amazing views of the city on the 17th floor. It's in the city center so easy walking access to everything. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Gwangju.
