Very friendly staff, excellent food and good rooms. No much to do nearby but we took a car to the beach which was nice.

Nice place to stay and conveniently close to the airport. Like 5 mins away. Has a beautiful pool which was relaxing, however, if you want to go anywhere else you will need to get buses, which are the cheapest option. For convenience, taxis and autos. However, be careful because the prices can vary significantly. Always ask for the meter to be on. The ones from the hotel are very expensive. Room basic and clean, comfortable and enough for longer stay. No issues except internet intermittent and prices could be up there with food and taxis comparable to outside.

The hotel as such is very good. there are a few glitches, no welcome drink was served to the guests, the room allotments were taken longer time than usual ( two hours to get inside the room). food quality i must say is ok ( however, then can add few more items and some better cuisine to go with it) the room service is satisfactory. the spa is not upto the mark

Great place, great staff, great location. Unexpected kind of greenery! Like most other places in India, maintenance is always a problem. You can see the negligence everywhere. Will be back. Will recommend.

As soon as we entered the hotel - despite the full booking made with 100% advance payment - they asked us to deposit a cash sum of Rs.2000/ - .When we discovered that the So called triple occupancy room was not good for three - we took another room - for which instant advance payment was demanded. Since the location was away food rates were another kill in store. When asked - they said "It is Hotel Policy".No copy was shown to us earlier of this policy.

Inefficient front desk staff. Outdated, smelly and dusty rooms. A/C dripping and not cooling properly. Inefficient maintenance staff. Not worth the price.

I only stayed there 1 night and didn't have time to try out the incredibly nice pool surrounding the rooms. But I was amazed at how well maintained and clean the pool is and the grounds. Staff was great and provided buggy ride from registration lobby to room. I had to leave for airport at 1am and they were very accomodating.

Pretty Nice hotel to stay at. Good ambience pretty well managed and maintained. stringent on the quantity of water provided as compliments i.e two 500mL bottle and Very limited tight allocation of coffee and tea. Team could do a little ballot than that as a value added Sesvice

Stay was comfortable. Decent rooms with a nice ambience. Resort feel. Food was just alright. One of the few food hotels near the airport where you can unwind and have a drink.
