We got a huge room with a great bed and ample pillows. We really like the pod coffee maker. Wish the refrigerator had a freezer but, overall a great room. This property has a nice pool and a big fitness center. A large, clean breakfast area but hot items were limited to sausage, fried eggs and the waffles. The cappuccino machine was a real Plus. Check in was fast and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were no license copying issues that some of the earlier reviews spoke of.

The hotel was very noisy and management was unable or unwilling to control noise. Room was clean. We traveled with small dog we had to constantly sooth due to extremely noisy travelers. Adults using common area as pseudo bar.

Alcohol was dropped in the elevators and nobody bothered to clean it until the next day. It smelled really strong every time you hopped in. Not complaining about alcohol smell, I am all in to have a drink. However, there are kids and other families in the hotel who also have a soccer tournament the next morning, and you don’t just want to bring that type of influence or smell in. Anyways we get to the room Our tv wasn’t working and some lights on the room didn’t work. We told the manager twice on the check in so we wouldn’t get charged. Asked if we could switch a room or have them look at the issue and see if they could help us troubleshoot and fix the issues.. They didn’t bother at all. She said oh no problem, wait for the mechanic to come tomorrow to fix it, ok thank you. But we were checking out in the early morning? The girl seemed nice and I’m sure she had good intentions but for the business to thrive and expand, you have to have an ability to communicate and to help your guests, especially if there is something wrong with the room that you provided. Anyways, this location is really nice and this place is promising for sure if maintained right. The only thing missing is management, as it’s a lot of confusion to who does what around there. There has to be a sense of urgency, especially if problems arise in your service/facility. I have gone to this hotel in the past 2-3 times so I am definitely a loyal and returning customer. It sucks to see that this bad experience might seriously have me consider other options next time.

Very surprised that a hotel in a university town would spell "visitors" as "visiters" on an elevator sign. Otherwise, hotel was very clean and a great value.

Location and convenience were good. It was very quiet for the most part. The staff were decent. The room was pretty clean. There was a plate of food left in the refrigerator, which wasn't a major problem, but we were offered to change rooms. Since we had already sanitized the room, we stayed. I would return again if they do something about the pet odor.

The smell, you could tell it was a pet friendly hotel. There needs to be air freshener in the lobby and hallways. The elevators could use some cleaning. The continental breakfast wasn't the best. Our bathroom sink was dripping underneath.
