Best Western Plus Champaign/Urbana Inn

Staff was terribly rude. We paid $800 a night for a king suite during graduation weekend and neither television in the suite worked and they did not fix it for almost 24 hours and were rude and unprofessional. I asked them to make a modest adjustment to the room for the first night. I was looking for $50 as a courtesy but the young man told us we didn’t know what we were doing with the televisions and it was just replugging it in (which we had done at least five times before going down to the desk). He said they wouldn’t do an adjustment for just a television. This weekend cost us over $3200 at this hotel for two rooms and they will never get another nickel from us. Guess that $50 request cost them a lot more. There are many other hotels on that same road; I’d strongly suggest you stay elsewhere.
