"Overall great, just one thing "

It was nice stay overall; room was clean and comfortable, my only complaint was that I am a coffee lover and my room Keurig didn’t work well, I went to front desk and told the receptionist about it couple minutes after arrival, and she said she didn’t have any available for replacement; I grabbed a coffee from the reception; thank you for coffee available 24 hours! , however would consider a 5 stars stay if at least someone would check it for me as I love to get coffee without getting out of my room. My Housekeeper was very nice I asked her for towels and coffee cups and she was very polite and happy to help.

If the location is convenient for you it's a good hotel. Rooms are modern and spacious, breakfast was good for an american hotel.

The night receptionist scared us at check in, because she didn't find our booking at first, and just told us to call booking.com. After some waiting/pressuring she managed to find it. (Apparently first and surnames were switched). The Polish receptionist lady was very nice at checkout though.

"Zero compassion and care from mgr. Caiti Di Biagio"

Our flight from Ohio to Tampa was cancelled by Allegiant Airlines. I called this hotel and Priceline immediately to let them know we won’t be able to make it and to cancel both reservations (not our fault as the next flight available was the next day…) I was told that The general mgr here, Caiti Di Biagio, would not approve of this and still charged us for both rooms.
