Location is always the best for the purpose. Breakfast is decent not too bad.

The restroom was disgusting. There was hair all over the shower as well as the bathroom floor. I also spotted clipped nails on the floor. Was by far the worst out of the stays I’ve had.

Good customer service. The property is very nice and cleaned. The room was very comfortable. The suite was perfect.

I was doing a bike race and wanted my family to feel comfortable. We certainly did! The location was very convenient being located directly off of I-25 and I-40. Having to store my bike in the room, along with my family of 6, we felt we still had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were great!

The air conditioning vent is installed improperly, positioned too close to the bed, which generates constant noise and causes significant discomfort for me and my wife. In addition, the room layout is inconsistent, as the sofa is placed where the bed should logically be.

Great property, nice pool, nice rooms very clean overall.

Breakfast could be better.

Absolutely nothing on this stay (early evening check-in, through breakfast till late morning check-out).

Our check-in began with the front desk person shouting from across the lobby "are you here to check-in?" Not even a "welcome in, hello, happy to see you, how are you this evening." She never introduced her self, so we didn't know if she was a manager or who we were speaking to. The wood floors in our room were sticky from not being rinsed after cleaning--we were to tired to complain!! Breakfast was TOTALLY unacceptable!! Dirty floors, counters in front of serving area dirty, no one circulating cleaning tables etc. emptying trash (which was overflowing)---just talking amongst themselves in the back kitchen area totally unresponsive to guests needs--and not what they are getting paid to do. We got to breakfast 1 hour before closing--no cooked oatmeal and no bacon left---when we FINALLY got the kitchen staff's attention (it took a few tries and they looked put-out that we had interrupted their chatting). We were told "no more cooked oatmeal and no more bacon". They weren't going to make anymore and that was the end of it---so we found cold cereal and a muffin with no apology--just someone's back as she walked away.
