Motel 6-Anchorage, AK - Midtown

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area was very safe and a short walk to a few restaurants.

Good staff working the front desk i believe her name was Karen she was really helpful and nice. We stayed on Aug 23rd and wanted to come back and stay on Aug 29th and she helped us out scheduling the day.

Good location

The room was dirty. Old facilities. Air conditioner did not work, blew a fan with a loud knocking noise. When asked for assistance, they turned it off then said “ listen it stopped now” Yes because it’s off. They don’t make other accommodations. Room was small, very hot and stuffy.

We arrived at 2:30 in the morning. The keys didn't work to our room and finally the staff switched our room. But they forgot to inform the cleaning staff! At 6:30 am they tried to enter our room. Someone anyhow. Then they came back 10 minutes later and began knocking. Then 10 minutes later the front desk called wondering who was in the room! The beds were small and uncomfortable. We had to ask for shampoo etc as none was in the room. Not any Kleenex either. We had asked for a quite room... At 7:30 am construction noise began outside our window. Didn't see that when we arrived because no more midnight sun! And because it was cruise season, the room was very expensive.

This Motel 6 is pretty new and not like the older ones

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

The daily maid service n the fresh smell of the room. Ladies at the front desk were very kind n helpful.

Everything was great n I was comfortable
