Was relieved to have the above ground car park safe and secure.

Unclean coffee cup in drawer. Grouting in bathroom floor very dirty. Was concerned if I was any older I may have required help to get out of shower safely due to knee injuries.

Very welcoming, friendly & accommodating . Copper spoon is straight underneath such a beautiful & yummy restaurant. Liked that you can park anywhere underneath.

Water fountain in the gym is mouldy needs a clean

Good size room and balcony overlooking beach & pool. Complementary drinks on check in. Cafes and shops easy walk. Right on beach to walk along boardwalk. Out of hustle & bustle of Caloundra

Back carpark looked a bit dodgy - maybe clean up and fix fencing for better security.

For those that don't want to be the town centre, wanting a quieter stay, this is the perfect place to be.

AC controls are locked. Winter gets a bit cool and there was no way to help bring the temperate in the room up. I didn't freeze though, so it wasn't the end of the world.

The view, location, pool with waterslide, kids games room, steam room, tennis court and super friendly staff throughout - from reception to the maintenance guy!

The car park is best in, best dressed and there aren’t enough spots for everyone. I understand there’s an overflow car park but I wasn’t aware if that. We just parked on the street which was absolutely fine.
