The staff!!! Roberto and Romina especially. I traveled with my friend and her 6 yo, and Roberto literally made it the most fantastic vacation for her and for us aswell🥰 Romina was my contact through Booking.com from the start. I'm autistic and needed a couple of accommodations. She was incredible!

The only slight negative, was that the hotel uses climate control central cooling, which means the room doesn't get super cold, especially in the bigger rooms. And for someone who suffers from hormonal heat flashes, it would've been nice if I could've adjusted the thermostat to my liking. Especially after a long hot Italian day lol

Restauranten svarede bestemt ikke til resten af hotellet. Vi spiste aftensmad 1. Og sidste gang på ankomstdagen og det var elendigt. Morgenmad middel så der er bestem plads til forbedring
