Convenient for the Euro Tunnel and easy with a dog. Nice big garden. Clean and comfortable room with plenty of space.

Spotlessly clean,and nice and quiet during the night.

Staff were friendly and helpful and I couldn't fault them.

Carpets were dirty in the room The hotel and room smelt musty The quality of the hot food at breakfast was not good and coffee served was cold. The general maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel was not good.

Good value hotel room ideally situated for Channel Tunnel. Pet friendly with access to Spearpoint park opposite. Great burger and fries in the evening and charming waiter at breakfast.

The hotel has seen better days for sure but more than compensated by the location, price point and relaxed atmosphere.

Price for facilities as expected.

Could have done with a working remote control for the television

No airco in the room and the room temperature was well over 30 degrees. Unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. They should not have rented us that room. Did not sleep a wink. Hands down one of the worst nights of our lives

Lovely facilities, good bar and restaurant. Room very nice.

The heating came on during the night, which considering we were in the middle of a heat wave this wasn't very conducive to a good night's sleep.
