High Point Resort

Our room was nice and clean plus our host was so kind! Will definitely visit again.

Generally a fine stay. Clean, quiet, great location. Note it is not a resort, it is a motel.

Great area and really nice looking hotel

The water has a very slimy feeling, especially when you're taking a shower. It feels like you've got soap on you all of the time and can't wash it off. Spoke to a few other guests and they all had the same experience.

Loved my stay at this resort/hotel! The staff, in particular Amy, are just so sweet and working hard to get everything running smoothly. The (heated) swimming pool is great, super clean, you can tell they put in a lot of effort to maintain it. There are quite some signs telling you not to do certain things (like running to your room, or eating at the pool area), this can seem off-putting, but really these signs are to give the guest their tranquility, and to keep the pool clean. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it! Also loved the art pieces made from driftwood, they just personalise the space more. Kitchen seemed well equipped. I ended up not using the heating devices, but I trust they would work. Lastly, the views from the hotel are amazing, the view is looking at the harbour and you could watch the sunset

The only thing I can think off, is that the sound of the sliding door in the shower was quite loud. Maybe it can be oiled or something. But hey, if that's the only negative I can think of?!

Amy (host) & Des were very friendly and helpful. Our stay was just what we needed, right beside ferry and the view was incredible. We had a wonderful stay at High Point Resort on Quadra Island! Amy was incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home with her warm and friendly demeanor. Her sister, Des, was just as welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. The hospitality truly enhanced our visit, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!
