Lilia Hotel

We stayed at the Lilia twice, 2 nights before a cruise and one night after. This is a lovely little gem of a hotel just off the main road around Pasalimani/Zea's harbour marina. The hotel has the rustic Greek charm we love, family run, basic but clean with excellent service, good AC, and breakfast included. First room had a small balcony, but our 2nd start had a very large balcony with shade so was great to sit out on in the evening. Beds were comfy, though felt small as was only a double and we're used to a king size, but for the nights we stayed absolutely fine. Extra pillows were provided when asked for. Breakfast is simple but more than sufficient,including bread, ham, cheese, olives, yoghurt, fruit, pastries, jams, marmalade and honey, juice and coffee(choices included from machine were varied and included flat white and cappuccino!) other drinks were available e.g tea on request. If you've not been before to Piraeus it is hilly, so don't make the mistake we did and try to walk from the metro station, it doesn't look far, but it is with cases! Grab a cab! Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Overall we had a lovely stay and Lilia hotel will now be our 1st choice if we ever cruise from Piraeus again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Nice, small hotel near the port. Very Greek.

My inly complaint was the shower was really small. They kept the place real clean and smelling good. The whole staff was very nice, and friendly.

It’s a very noisy area like all these old Greek cities, but the soundproofing was good. Couldn’t have done without the aircon for both temperature control and white noise. I liked the little balcony although the view was over the back and there was no room for a chair. TV worked OK. There was a minor problem with the bathroom basin plug but the staff attended to it swiftly. Malvina at the front desk especially pleasant and helpful.

Service, location

Hotel is walkable to a train station, close to pier. Small room and hot inside, outdated needs modern touch ups. You could bump your elbows in shower enclosures when taking a shower. Tiny 2 person elevator. Breakfast is consistently served fresh and delish. Helpful and kind hotel staffs.

Stuff is kind n helpful, very clean, close to everywhere, restaurant, metro and marina.

This is the fourth time I book this hotel, meaning every year I go to Greece. I am happy.

The front desk lady was very friendly and very helpful. I really enjoy my stay at this hotel. It was nice and quiet and a nice little neighborhood. I will definitely come back next year.
