I booked room without food But I had food over there & they have charged 6k for that I had only one papadi chat, one plate pakodi , one plate noodles & for that they have charged 6 k that was quite shoking I mean i have paid 7.6 k for one day stay that is ok ,but they have charged 6k just for starter that is quite a shock for me

I was in Executive suit. Suit given to me was good and had everything required.

I had booked through booking.com and I had a choice of booking two rooms for four people or one large room for four people (mentioning, if available). Both options had same price, since I was with family, preferred a large room. Booking got confirmed and I conveyed same to my family members who were supposed to meet me at Noida in the property. When reached there to checkin, was told "your booking has not been done considering we do not have a large room for four people." They were neither ready to give me two rooms for four people nor had a large room for four people which was committed and confirmed by booking.com first later by the hotel as well. I have all proofs and evidences, but they dined simply mentioning this was a technical glitch. My family was there and i was embarrassed to book in Radisson Hotel Noida. I requested and agreed to pay any extra amount and literally begged for accommodation of four people somehow. At the end they gave me executive suit with two extra folding beds against addition cost. Facilities, suit and other things were good enough but this experience of booking through booking.com was worst possible. I am neither going to use booking.com. Even if I will visit same property will not trust on the alliance of Booking.Com and the property. Lost trust completely on Booking.com. This was first time, I am back to my favourite MMT.

Staff is extremely nice - but they need to be trained better.

FNB Manager needs to be better trained and train his staff better. Only few staff were well trained - others came to the room and left a sweaty smell - they need to have better hygeine.

we took extra bed and paid when we enter but we get the extra bed at 1am midnight unacceptable i will not stay again thanks

Size of the room plus the staff behaviour amazing

Silver status was was not recognized and not get discount on food

In room dining was excellent, and got very tasty and hygienic food. Had lots of Indian and continental option is breakfast.
