Riviere South Beach Hotel

l emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, nous sommes arrivés tot car sortant de croisiere ils ont recuperes nos bagages, la chambre était prete avant vers 13h finalement

notre chambre donnait sur la ours au rez de chaussé, du coup quand les personnes rentre tard nous entendons tpus les bruits, ne c est pas bien insorisé la nuit fut difficile car nous avons entendus tputes les entrées des personnes, et nous sommes nous meme rentrée tard vers minuit

Only location was good.

There was an extremely strong smell of mold and dampness in the room. We requested to move to a different room, but our request was denied. The only solution they offered was to spray air freshener in the room. This was not a solution; it was merely a brush-off. We will be returning to Miami, but we will never choose this hotel again. The breakfast was also very inadequate.

I didn’t like anything at all

The room was very unsafe. There was two locks . One was totally broken and the other one was barely closed. We found on One of the bed lots of flying bugs, also our hidden camera detector was beeping on the bedroom mirror. The phone had no dial tone. There was nobody at lobby after 11pm.. we had to evacuate immediately and had to book another hotel at the midnight. The next day we informed the hotel receptionist about all the situations, she said they will give us refund but once we left they refused to process any refund .very bad experience. Dont recommend at all

L’emplacement la coursive pour fumer

Le petit déjeuner est ultra sommaire. C’est vraiment dommage qu’il ne soit pas à la hauteur du reste.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación.. la limpieza y la amabilidad de los todos los empleados especialmente de.. VERONICA,ESPERANZA, VALENTINA Y AYLIN… y el Sr PABEL q arregla todo rápidamente..👏👏👏💪💪

Debería mejorar un poco más el desayuno..
