výborná strava, rozmanitá a bohatá ponuka v bufetových stoloch, vodný svet s množstvom bazénov bol super vrátane sáun, udržiavaný celý areál hotela, super bola možnosť pozdejšieho uvoľnenia apartmánu za doplatok, a teda využitie bazénov a kúpanie ešte aj v deň odchodu.

bol prisľúbený welkom drink - Free welcome drink upon your arrival - Check in online!, a žiadny welkom drink nebol! Aj ked apartmán bol prezentovaný s kuchynkou a riadom, tak toto bolo veľmi slabé, chabé - bol kávovar, ale žiadne šálky na kávu, v linke boli len poháre na vodu a malé tanieriky, napr. žiadny nožík- potrebovali sme dieťaťu nakrájať ovocie...

"Confortabil si Relaxant"

Locatia super, curatenie. Salvamarii foarte atenti la oameni si copii. Apa curata si calda. Mic dejun foarte ok.

Preturile la Cina stil bufet pentru 2 adulti si 2 copii sunt excesive. In ziua cu soare, nu am putut folosii piscina exterioara de copii care era in mentenanta.

הברכות והמגלשות אחלה

החומר האנושי שעובד שם ברמה נמוכה , לא שירותים , כמחצית לא יודעים אנגלית אז קשה לתקשר כשבניהם גם מצילים , רמת ניקיון סבירה ומטה , אירוח של חמישה ימים לא החליפו או ניקו את הכוסות בחדר , לא החליפו סבון במשך תקוםת האירוח , לא החליפו בקבוק מים , נייר לפי בקשה ומגבות הוחלפו לפי בקשה , במידה ורוצים להחליף חלוק לאחר 3 ימי אירוח החלפה תעלה 17.5 שח אין שטלים אנחנו לא נחזור
