Room was good size, beds ok but needs to be changed out. The staff was very nice.

The pool was closed and it’s in a pretty hard area where this is located at.

This place was not a great stay Staff was rude on checking in no proper paper work given at desk . Felt poorly managed and staff was rude with certain request for room . Bathroom had not light room shower In the dark , lights bulbs missing in light very poor maintenance. Sleeping comfort was very uncomfortable no proper sheets available no wifi information given if it was available. Will not recommend this stay as a first choice . Breakfast was not available like mentioned it was all around a bad stay

I was going to use their phone to reach the receptionist there was no phone cord . I was going to make me a cup of coffee. The machine didn’t work there was a coffee filter left in the coffee pot, the coffee pot burner was rusty. so I did not have a cup of coffee, when I got there at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, I had to talk to the receptionist through a night window. The lobby was closed , on a good note there was towels the bed was made the room smelt good ,the room wad vacuumed the noise wasn’t too bad

The hotel is managed by REALLY great people.

When we booked it said there was nothing else to pay but we were surprised with a $50 deposit, we were told that the hotel had pre-check the schedule room trouble finding our reservation. When we got into our room somebody else was checked in under our reservation. We had to wait for them to find us another room which made us late to our activity for the evening. Then when they found us a new room, we got into it and it was dirty. Trash in the garbage cans, shoe prints all over the floor, and muddy shoe prints all over the bathtub.

Nothing everything including the bed shower curtain

The door has big huge gaps.it was dirty filthy. Shower curtain broken. Gaps in the door a 1/4 inch. The pool.area is filthy pool was not clean at all it was locked when we got there. Guest who have been there a week said it's locked 5 days. The area is tweekers people fighting woke us up at 5 am. The shower curtain broke they came to fix it but in the middle of my shower with shampoo in my hair wasn't enjoyment not to mention the plus in the room were mostly not working. Blow dryer didn't work. The pictures you show on this site are not true to the real deal. I have never been to a room that was this bad. I was up all night looking for bedbugs along with roaches. This place is a hazard in many ways along with the plug the microwave was plugged into. I would remove this from booking.com. I use booking for all my stays. They should be inspected.

It was a convenient location. A relatively quiet street with not a lot going on.

Horrible customer service. It was my boyfriend and I both staying in the room and we were only given one key. While I was out, they also came to the room telling him that we had only paid for one day and needed the room key even though we had paid for two. And I called them to sort it out, the person I spoke to was very rude and hung up on me. Also, when it came time to check out, they just asked what number and took the key. Did not ask how the state was did not resolve the issues that we had had before.
