Our receptionist was very helpful. She recommended an Italian restaurant on Monterey main street when we asked about restaurants in the area, which was excellent.

I was charged for 2 nights and only stayed one night and I can not seem to get an answer or refund from.the hotel. The shower head was sealed with tape however when you turned it on water went out of the tub and ran down the side where it was causing the floor and wall to rot. Visible signs of black mold were present. The refrigerator made a loud horrible noise all night. The people in the room above us kept rolling the office chair from one end of the room to the other and I called the front desk to report the issue using my cell phone because the room phone did not work however the rolling of the chair across the floor continued all night long.
