Very clean, beautiful design, great location, very comfortable. They helped us with parking as well.

Location is fantastic and only a very short walk to the port. The room was comfy with high ceilings and complimentary drinks. They had a gift store attached to the hotel but was partially closed due to the season however we still purchased things there with the host. The restaurant attached to the hotel was not open as well due to the season (seemed to be remodeling).

The shower did not drain well and showers were very short so we didn't overflow the drain. Bathroom was small for 4 people but still doable. It would've been great if everything was open but we understood that visiting during the winter season, many things would be closed.

Nice selection of restaurants within walking distance even with some closed already for the season. Hotel was just as pictured. Very clean and quiet. A little noisy in the morning as stores were setting up but I had the windows open. Staff was pleasant and Marta was particularly helpful. 2 👍👍

It was absolutely amazing. Absolutely beautiful room. Great staff. Fantastic location. Would absolutely stay again!! Fantastic price!!

The room was very nicely done, clean, comfortable and quiet, even though it was right in the middle of the old town. Great to retreat to after a day exploring. The small bar outside was great for people watching and for a nightcap. All in all, excellent.

This is a really good place to stay in Chania: great location, big and clean rooms & if you book the rooms downstairs you even have access to a small terrace on one of Chania's charming small streets.

The personnel could be nicer.

The location was perfect - 2 minute walk from the Port. Surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. The property has a bar downstairs and in the evenings, we brought up drinks to the roof garden, where we could sit and watch the sun go down and the hustle and bustle on the street below. In the mornings, we had our coffee up there also and enjoyed the early morning sun.

Both of the girls who checked us in/organised the taxi for us were SO lovely! So thank you to them. It’s also a fantastic location, nestled right in the hub of Chania, it couldn’t be better really. Sadly the hotel did not reflect their kind and professional nature, and we were disappointed with the condition of the hotel here.

There were open pipes/hole in the bathroom which stunk of sewerage. The entire room smelt so bad. We considered leaving, but we were only here for a short stay. The door to the hotel room was very unsecured, we didn’t feel safe here. There were pieces of wood missing near the lock as well. It really needs some renovations to make this safe for guests at least, aesthetics can wait until after these safety concerns are dealt with.

We stayed in room 4 The main bed was on the mezzanine level with the lounge and bathroom area below .overall the room was clean ,tidy and spacious with decorative type antiques and solid wood features which we liked. The room faces the main cobble strip and nightlife does go onto until midnight so there is noise but we didn’t find this disruptive due to being super tired each night. The staff were fine , we only saw a lady during check in and check out and the housekeeper . The hotel is also a bar and restaurant and it appeared the bar/restaurant staff had no dealings with the hotel side of things . My only gripe about the hotel room was 3 mornings in a row there was no hot water. So showers had to be had at night time . The location is a stones throw away from the harbour and centrally located in the old town , the strip is filled with eateries and souvenirs shop and is very busy , it’s a lovely atmosphere though . The new market/Chania is 5 min-10 walk away as is the bus station . It only cost €2.50 per person for a single trip from the airport to the bus station, so cheap, quick and very reliable ! I would recommend the hotel to others with my only recommendation being to make hotel staff more visible On a separate note Expedia states that city tax is required at the hotel but no payment was asked for upon checkout
