Quality Inn Kingsland

We requested a handicap accessible room- but they didn’t have any available- so we wound up on the second floor 😞

The breakfast was cold items only, No Eggs, No Meat, No Grits. There was No Fridge in my Room. I had to switch rooms the room smelled of animals. The lights are old and Rusty & Out dated. The A/C unit had to be reset 3 times to stay on. The chairs had been chewed up by Dogs.

2 of the 3 rooms I booked had microwaves and a fridge. I like the way the hotel is laid out with outside hallways. Staff was friendly.

One of the rooms I rented had a very dirty bathroom upon check in. I was charged for 4 extra rooms, and it took days for them to correct it and free up my funds. Then they didn't even compensate in any way for my inconvenience. I was very understanding and cooperative because we were evacuating for the hurricane. I guess I should have yelled and acted the fool so they would be as nice to me.

We came here because we had to evacuate for hurricane Milton. The gentleman at the desk was so friendly. We appreciate everything he did for us. The hotel has the nicest staff. The area around it has everything you need. We definitely appreciated it.

Dirtiest hotel I ever was in. Rugs wet beds damp toilet rocked back and forth, ceiling peeling, door to outside had big gaps you could see out through all sides of door. U name it it was broken

1/4" open crack under door that would allow good sized bugs / roaches to crawl right in. Room smells of cigarette smoke. There was a small flying bug ?? Mosquito in the sink. All lights are very dim. I've stayed at much less expensive motels that were very clean. No frig in room

Needed this room during power outage in Hurricane Helene. Great easy property

roaches everywhere, I ended up leaving at 12:30 am because I could not sleep with roaches crawling all over me and my son. I tried to let a front office person know before leaving but nobody was to be found inside.

I didn’t like that the pool wasn’t open :( but that’s okay! At least the staff was friendly about it when we asked!

Price was cheap..facilities were a little dated,but fine for our needs..lady at the front desk was extremely polite, friendly, and efficient..she is responsible for the good review..

It's an older motel.but was clean..didn't see any real problems..for the price,what do you want?
