our AC didn’t ever get cold. we didn’t report it to the office. we were too tired from traveling and it was late.

This hotel is right off of 95 and easy access to fast food places. But what makes this place welcoming Is Lisa. She is very professional and knows how to make you feel at home. That's why I keep coming back. Lisa keep up with the quality work,👍👍👍

Front desk mixed up keys and gave someone else our room, then marked the room we were in as vacant and opened our door twice.

The beds and Pillows were comfortable

My daughter drew her blankets back and there were black marks looked like mildew on the blanket. The towels off the rack looked like makeup was smeared on them. I don’t wear make up and I grabbed it when I got out of the shower. The bathroom had dirt on the walls rust in the corners and the spigot was falling off. The shampoo conditioner and lotion well we threw them away they had been half used. the phone didn’t work, the coffee pot worked but leaked all over. When I complained the person that came asked what I wanted out of it. That people that stay long term get the linens that are gross. He also informed me that I should of told the maintenance man about the bathroom but I went to Jekyll Island, the majority of the day. I paid 234.00 for 2 nights in this hotel to have a crap room. there are other hotels so your best bet is to go somewhere else. I’m not from Ga. so I had no clue what this place was but there was no quality about this Inn we would of been better off at a motel 6. The grounds are very run down and there were people sitting in the car smoking weed while I was going to get dinner. They need to update or change their photos. only good part was a comfortable bed and pillows outside of that total disappointment.

At 2 and then again at 2:30 in the morning, we were woken up by people attempting to get into our room. They had a key and if it wasn't for our safety latch, they would have entered. Needless to say, we were woken up and terrified.... twice! We called the front desk but there wasn't any one there. Still very unsettled, my husband propped a chair in front of the door and tried to sleep which was challenging at best. The next morning, when we relayed the details to the manager, she apologized explaining that this rarely happens.... though she mentioned that it actually did happen a few times before... where they experienced computer failure incorrectly showing occupied rooms as currently vacant. She graciously refunded our room cost but the motel's responsibility for correcting this issue after it occured the first time is inexcusable!
